How do I create a VON account so I can register for an event?

Reported Issue: 

I want to register for an event, but I don't have a VON account.

Resolution: 

  1. Go to our Portal.
  2. Click "Create an account" (in the upper right hand corner).
  3. Fill in the fields. Select "I'm not a robot" and click next.
  4. Follow the directions provided in the email you receive.
  5. Wait until after the top of the next hour. Accounts are updated to the events pages at the top of each hour. 
  6. Return to your event link and follow the log in process.
