How do I change or reset my password for the VON Connect application?
Answer:
1. Follow the directions in this article: https://vtoxford.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/224457447-How-do-I-reset-my-VON-password-
2. Open the application
3. Click on "Connect Account"
4. Enter your email address and new password
5. You will be brought back to the application log in screen. Enter your email address and new password one more time and click "Log In".

Using the "Connect Account" button in the application stores the new password on your phone so that you can use the "Log In" button with the new password without the need to connect to the internet.
