VON Connect App "conflict found" Message On Sync

Reported Issue: 

After clicking sync and entering your username and password, you receive a message that says "conflict found".

Resolution or Workaround:

  • Continue the sync. If you attempt to sync again, you will not see the message.

Root Cause: 

The system recognizes that another device updated a record that you are updating between the time your device last synced and you are now syncing. Data in your device will overwrite the data that was submitted earlier.
