Data entry boxes appear empty/cannot be accessed


When the user opens a data entry form in eNICQ 5, the data entry boxes appear empty and cannot be accessed:



This problem is usually specific to Windows 7. If the user has changed the computer's display settings to enlarge the display, the display setting defaults to "Use Windows XP style DPI scaling," leaving entries within all data forms unreadable at 125% or 150% display. User must open Control Panel>Display>Set Custom Text and uncheck "Use Windows XP style DPI scaling" to be able to view the data contained within the forms.
