"Missing Config File" message, or Unable to Connect to Database


On attempting to launch the eNICQ 5 application, the message "Missing Config File" appears. The application will then allow you the opportunity to re-enter database connectivity information.



This issue requires a moderate level of computer skill and permission to troubleshoot and correct. Complete resolution will likely involve your IT team. There is no fixed set of steps to bring this issue to conclusion as each situation may be slightly different in its origins.
