You request a password reset but never receive the email.
Normally, the email is sent immediately after the password reset is requested. What we normally see with a missing password reset email is that it does get to the hospital's servers but, due to heavily restrictive spam filters, the emails are either delayed in their delivery to your Inbox or they are blocked.
You can contact your Network Security team and ask them to allow all emails from vtoxford.org. If they will not open up the full domain, ask them to at least allow all emails from email@example.com.
