While trying to import data into eNICQ 5 using External Data Interface you receive an error after clicking Import Data saying:
"An unhandled exception occurred, and the application is terminating.
The exception was: Unable to delete the selected record. This record is currently being edited by another user.
For more information, see your Application event log."
The most likely explanation is that the patient logs are locked by another user. Try opening the Tools menu and select Clear Transaction Locks. After this procedure completes, try importing the file again.
