Reported Issue: I'm using the link provided, but I cannot access the site.
- Log out of the Member's Area, or Nightingale before attempting to login to the LMS. This usually resolves the problem.
Tests to try if the problem still occurs:
- Try to login to the learning management site using your smartphone (via a cellular network). If you are able to login, it is likely that the system is blocked by your local hospital.
- Try to login to the learning management site from your home internet provider. Again – if you are able to login, it is likely that the system is blocked by your local hospital.
If the site is being blocked by your hospital's security system, notify your supervisor of this difficulty, and provide your IT department with the Whitelisting Request Document to ensure that the appropriate workstations/computers are able to access the appropriate VON resources. Logging in to the LMS is being blocked by being signed into another one of VON's services.
Your hospital's security system is not currently allowing access to the site.
