* I'm using the correct link, but I still cannot access the site. Why?

It is possible that the site is blocked by your hospital’s security system. You can test this in 2 ways:

  • Test 1 - Try to login to the learning management site using your smartphone (via a cellular network). If you are able to login, it is likely that the system is blocked by your local hospital.
  • Test 2 - Try to login to the learning management site from your home internet provider. Again – if you are able to login, it is likely that the system is blocked by your local hospital.

To rectify the problem you will need the help of your local hospital IT department. Please notify your supervisor of this difficulty, and provide your IT department with the Whitelisting Request Document to ensure that the appropriate workstations/computers are able to access the appropriate VON resources.
