If the report you are trying to download is a Group Report, the problem might be a matter of permissions. Only Report Contacts and Alternate Report Contacts can download these reports. The names of those individuals are listed in the Member's Area under Tools > Center Contacts.
If you are having trouble downloading a different report, or if the download area appears blank, please contact our technical support team. The problem might be due to a browser conflict and we will want to take steps to address the issue.
