If the report you are trying to download is a Group Report, the problem might be a matter of permissions. Report Contacts and Alternate Report Contacts have permissions to download these reports. The names of those individuals at your center, are listed in the Member's Area (click here to navigate to the site) under Tools > Center Contacts.
