Reported Issue:
After installing eNICQ 6 with VON Logins you receive the message below when logging in for the first time.
Resolution or Workaround:
Try to log into Member Portal. If you can do this, you should check permissions to the VON Folder.

- Go to c:\ProgramData\VON (note: ProgramData is a hidden folder which you may need to make visible to find)
- Right click on the VON folder
- Select Properties
- Click on the Security tab
- Confirm that you have Read and Execute as well as Write permissions.
- If you do not have these permissions, request assistance in getting them.
Root Cause:
eNICQ users must have "Read and execute" as well as "Write" permissions to the c:\ProgramData\VON folder because the import and error logs for eNICQ will be saved.
