Question: I forgot my RED Cap mobile application PIN, what do I do?
Answer: The Admin for the RED Cap application for that mobile device is the only one who can reset your PIN. Please contact your Admin.
Overview: When the RED Cap mobile app is set up on a mobile device, user accounts are created. An Admin account is created and multiple Data Collectors can be created. Data Collectors are the only individuals who can do data entry. These accounts only apply to the device on which they were created.
