Reported Issue:
When trying to log into eNICQ 6 the user receives the following error message:
We were unable to retrieve user information from the Vermont Oxford Network web service.
For further information regarding this error, please have your IT team review the eNICQ6 error log.
Resolution:
This is usually caused when a user attempts to reset their password and it doesn't save properly on VON's end. When this occurs please either email VON Support or by calling us at (802) 865-4814 x240.
We will then send you a temporary password so you can reset your password again on the Member Portal login page on our website.
