How do I Provide Permissions When Using VON Logins?

Answer: 

  1. To give a user eNICQ permissions for their VON login the VON Services Administrator for your center would need to log into the Member Portal and then select Manage Users from under Community in the top right:

Member Portal,Community menu,Manage Users

 

2. On the page that opens, the VON Services Administrator would find the users who need access and select the appropriate role:

 

eNICQ User and eNICQ Admin checkboxes

3. Permissions must also be added to the SQL Database for the new user. A Database Administrator, or someone with access to the database, will need to perform the "SQL Server® Management Studio Server Side Actions" listed in the installation guide.
