Reported Issue:
When opening eNICQ 6 you receive a message saying it cannot connect with the VON web services. It may then allow you to run eNICQ 6 in offline mode. This means that the eNICQ 6 client isn't able to connect with our web services.
Resolution or Workaround:
The eNICQ 6 Web Services Tester can help you test your connectivity with the Web Services for eNICQ 6. eNICQ 6 uses RESTful API, which is more widely recognized and supported by most IT security teams.
