How do I create run charts from the data in Nightingale?

Answer:

1. In Nightingale, select the Time Series tab.
2. Select a Measure (like Death or Morbidity)
3. Select Report Interval
   • Centers that sign a business associate agreement with Vermont Oxford Network can access time series discharge-based reporting by week, month, semi-annual, or annual time period. To learn more, please contact your Account Manager.
   • Centers without business associate agreements can access time series birth year based reporting by annual time period.
