You requested a password reset but did not receive the email.
Normally, the email is sent immediately after the password reset is requested. Often, missing password reset emails are due to heavily restrictive spam filters. Emails are either delayed in their delivery to your Inbox or they are blocked.
You can contact your Network Security team and ask them to allow all emails from vtoxford.org. If they will not open up the full domain, ask them to at least allow all emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your Network Security team does not believe the emails are being blocked or deferred, please give us a call at (802) 865-4814 ex.240 or email us at email@example.com and we can confirm whether or not the email did send.
