The instructions in the EDS (Electronic Data Submission) Guide supplement the Vermont Oxford Network Database Manual of Operations by providing Members with advice and assistance for collecting and submitting data in electronic format. This document provides specifications for application programmers who design and develop systems in support of the Vermont Oxford Network database, as well as guidelines for center staff members who enter and submit electronic data files to the Network.
