Data Management - User's Guide


The Data Management section of the Member Portal allows centers to review their data submissions,
confirm file uploads were successful, and to check reports to make sure each record submitted is
complete, and without errors. It also provides a way for users to contact a Data Contact from another
center (usually to get information about transferred patients), and gives an easy to follow step by step
process to finalize data for the annual report.

This guide was updated in January 2024 to remove the ELBW Follow-up tab as the ELBW Follow-up is no longer found in Data Management, but instead has its own section in Portal.
